Our Vodka is distilled from Montana sugar beets and cut with pure glacial water.
Notes: a full-bodied vodka with hints of vanilla and an earthy sweetness. |
Our Gin is pot distilled from a recipe of 9 botanicals. We use two kinds of citrus-wild sweet orange and lemon and a touch of lavender to complement the piney juniper.
Notes: a floral and citrus-forward gin with a bit of warming spice mid palate. |
Our Agave spirit is hand-crafted from single source, 100% organic blue weber agave. Similar to tequila, but lighter in flavor and body, this spirit mixes well in traditional tequila cocktails.
Notes: a grapefruit-forward nose and a bright, crisp profile of eucalyptus, orange blossom, and black pepper. |
For our Coffee Liqueur we partnered with local roasters, Uptown Hearth. The perfect addition to your morning coffee, in camp, on the river, or wherever life takes you.
Notes: robust espresso roast with a touch of vanilla and cocoa with a silky smooth mouth-feel. |
Our signature agave spirit quite literally "rests" in an oak barrel for 8-9 months, giving you our Barrel-Rested Agave Spirit. This process is similar to the process used with a reposado tequila.
The result is a rich-bodied spirit with notes of cartelized sugar, vanilla, cooked agave and spiced pear. |
Adding a little flavor to our Montana made agave spirits, this Huckleberry Agave Spirit. This spirit is made with real Montana Huckleberries and other natural flavors, offering a tart punch to the sweetness of blue weber agave spirit.

To make our Huckleberry Vodka, we start with a sweet corn base and add huckleberries foraged in the wild mountains surrounding our distillery to bring you that tart, slightly sweet flavor that marks the height of a Montana summer.
Made in collaboration with local Wicked Good Farms, Hinkelhatz Agave Spirit is infused agave spirit with heirloom hinkelhatz peppers. These peppers have a spice level between a serrano and a tabasco pepper. Try it in our famous Barracuda cocktail!
Montana-made Peppermint Schnapps
We start with mint grown on the Passmore Farm in Creston, Montana and pure glacial water to create a classic peppermint schnapps with bright notes of mint and a subtle sweetness to round it out. |
Our Cinnamon Whiskey is crafted using a primarily corn mash with notes of rye, barley, and wheat. There is a hint of cinnamon to complement, but not overtake, the profile of the whiskey. And a little sweetness to top it all off.
Distilled from 100% Montana malted barley, this "scotch" style American Single Malt Whiskey offers notes of orange peel & apricot. The perfect sipper for fireside chats and long evenings with friends.
